氟是饮水中必需元素之一,饮水中氟化物含量过少易患龋齿;氟化物含量过高,会引起斑釉齿和氟骨症.所以我国饮水标准规定适宜浓度为0.5~1.0毫克/升。我国北方南方均有高氟区,饮水中氟化物的检测是高氟区进行卫生监督,防止氟中毒的重要手段,也是除氟防病的重要依据。常用的测氟方法是茜素磺酸锆液体试剂法,但易受干扰离子和水温的影响。我军装备的是茜素磺酸锆固体试剂法。试剂易吸潮结果重现性差;受杂质和水温影响较大等缺点。
Fluorine is one of the essential elements of drinking water, fluoride content in drinking water is too little susceptible to dental caries; fluoride content is too high, can cause spot glaze teeth and skeletal fluorosis, so our drinking water standards for the appropriate concentration of 0.5 ~ 1.0 mg / L . The commonly used method of fluoride detection is the alizarin sulfonate liquid reagent method, but susceptible to interference ions and water temperature. Our military equipment is the alizarin sulfonate solid reagent method. Reagents easy to absorb the results of poor reproducibility; influenced by impurities and water temperature and other shortcomings.
