在直流流动积分反应器中常压下研究了C207催化剂甲醇分解反应本征动力学。实验温度、气体组成与甲醇合成工业条件相接近。以实验測定数据应用改进高斯-牛顿法对动力学模型参数进行估值,获得甲醇分解反应本征动力学方程。
The intrinsic kinetics of methanolysis of C207 catalyst was studied under normal pressure in a DC flow reactor. Experimental temperature, gas composition and methanol synthesis industrial conditions are close. Based on the experimental data, an improved Gauss-Newton method was used to estimate the kinetic model parameters, and the intrinsic kinetic equation of methanol decomposition reaction was obtained.
