笔者从事花卉研究多年,总结出一套“水旱二次扦插育苗法”。此法四季均可采用(冬季须保温18℃以上,夏季忌高温植物不能采用),简便易行。首先是选取插条。与一般扦插法相同,将取来的材料,放入洁净水中浸泡一夜。第二天,将材料捞出,截成6cm～10cm一段的插条,上端去大部分叶,下端用快刀在节下削成钝角斜面,有条件可用激素处理,然后把插条晾干,使其伤口栓化,以防腐烂。处理完毕,将其1/3～1/2长插入冷开水中,放在见光不见日之处,2～3天换一次水。直至插条长出愈伤组织或根点,取出埋入沙床,不能插入,否则会损坏新根。等到插条上的芽开始萌发,即可取出上盆。注意保湿,成活率可达90%,容易生根的品种可达100%。
