《义务教育生物学课程标准(2011年版)》提出:“教材内容的选择要反映社会、经济和科技发展的需要,体现科学、技术和社会的思想。生物科学的迅猛发展,对社会和经济的发展日益呈现出巨大的推动作用,也影响到社会和个人生活的各个方面;当代社会发展的许多重大问题的解决,又都依赖于生物科学技术的进一步发展。教材编写应当融生物科学、技术和社会于一体,充分体现科学、技术和社会的互动,反映生物科学的发展及其对社会发展
