最近,由国家能源部、国家计委、国家科委、国家农业部召开的“新能源政策,八五规划”研讨会,总结交流了我国十多年来新能源在科研、生产、推广应用方面所取得的巨大成就,研究讨论了我国“八五”期间发展太阳能、风能、生物质能等新能源的方针、政策和科技攻关的重点规划设想。十多年来国家很重视太阳能、生物质能、风能、海洋能、地热能等新能源的开发利用,将新能源正式列入国家重点科技发展计划。
Recently, the “New Energy Policy, Eighth Five-Year Plan” seminar held by the State Energy Administration, the State Development Planning Commission, the State Science and Technology Commission and the Ministry of Agriculture concluded the exchange of scientific research, production, popularization and application of new energy sources in China over the past decade The great achievements made in this study have studied and discussed the key planning ideas for the guidelines, policies and scientific and technological tackling for the development of new energy such as solar energy, wind energy and biomass energy during the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” in our country. For more than a decade, the country has attached great importance to the development and utilization of new energies such as solar energy, biomass energy, wind energy, ocean energy and geothermal energy, and officially listed the new energy sources in the state’s key scientific and technological development plans.
