介绍用呋喃树脂自硬砂型生产大型球铁曲轴时遇到的质量问题以及工艺对策。 根据试验室试验数 据和长期生产统计数据,对自硬砂型和粘土砂干砂型的性能,用两种铸型生产的大型曲轴的金相组织,材质 密度和力学性能进行了对比分析,证明自硬砂型铸造的曲轴,内部质量与干砂型铸造的曲轴没有差别,表面 质量和尺寸精度明显优于干砂型曲轴,综合废品率亦比干砂型曲轴明显降低。
