文章首先简要概述了制定信息素养评价标准的必要性,介绍了国外信息素养评价标准的研究进展及主要特点;其次,在回顾我国信息素养评价标准研究基础上,指出我国现有研究存在的问题;最后,通过国内外对比分析,提出我国应从宏观角度、学术角度和应用角度来规范信息素养评价标准。
Firstly, the article briefly introduces the necessity of developing information literacy evaluation standards, introduces the research progress and main features of foreign information literacy evaluation standards. Secondly, on the basis of reviewing the research of information literacy evaluation standards in our country, it points out the existing problems in our country. Finally, through the comparative analysis at home and abroad, it is proposed that our country should standardize the information literacy evaluation standard from the macroscopic, academic and application perspectives.
