采用放射免疫法测定48例哮喘儿发作期和稳定期血浆内皮素（ET）水平，结果发作期哮喘儿血浆ET明显高于稳定期患儿，稳定期儿血浆ET仍高于正常儿，发作期和稳定期的内源型与外源型哮喘儿间血浆ET水平无显著差异。认为哮喘儿血浆ET水平增高可能在哮喘发病中起重要的作用。
Radioimmunoassay was used to detect plasma endothelin (ET) levels in 48 asthmatic children during the onset and stable phase of asthma. The results showed that the plasma ET level in asthmatic children was significantly higher than that in stable children, and the ET level in stable children was still higher than that in normal children There was no significant difference in plasma ET levels between endogenous and extrinsic asthma in stable phase. That elevated plasma ET levels in asthmatic children may play an important role in the pathogenesis of asthma.
