十二月十五日至十七日,市财政学会,珠算协会召开了成立大会和第一次学术交流会。武汉地区有关大、中专院校的学者、教授和从事财政、财务、珠算实际工作和教学科研工作的同志和有关负责同志,共二百一十余人参加了会议。会议通过了学会和协会的章程,选举了两会的理事会和领导机构,并讨论通过了一九八一年的工作要点。会议期间,武汉市副市长张雪涛和省哲学社会科学学会联合会、市科协及省、市财政部门负责同志讲了话。张雪涛阐述了财政工作的重要性以后指出,在当代,珠算不仅仍然有它的实用价值,而且还有着特殊的教育功能。因此要大力提高珠算技术水平。
From December 15 to January 17, the Municipal Finance Society and Abacus Association held the inaugural meeting and the first academic exchange meeting. More than 210 comrades, professors and professors engaged in large and secondary technical schools in Wuhan and comrades and responsible comrades engaged in practical work, teaching and scientific research in finance, finance, abacus, attended the meeting. After explaining the importance of fiscal work, Zhang pointed out that in the contemporary era, abacus not only still has its practical value, but also has special educational functions. Therefore, we must vigorously improve the level of abacus technology.
