采用陶瓷膜过滤丙烯酸丁酯废水过程中,膜污染会导致膜通量下降。对陶瓷膜污染层特性进行了表征,对清洗方法进行了研究,并对膜的反复清洗效果进行了跟踪。结果表明:陶瓷膜过滤丙烯酸丁酯废水的主要膜污染物质为废水中的悬浮及胶态有机物。采用次氯酸钠清洗可使膜通量有效恢复,在反复过滤和清洗操作后能保持91%以上的通量恢复系数。
Filtering of butylacrylate in ceramic membranes results in membrane fouling due to membrane fouling. The characteristics of ceramic membrane contamination layer were characterized, the cleaning method was studied, and the membrane cleaning effect was tracked. The results showed that the main membrane fouling substances in the membrane filtration of butyl acrylate wastewater were the suspended and colloidal organic compounds in wastewater. With sodium hypochlorite cleaning membrane flux can be effectively restored, after repeated filtering and cleaning operations to maintain more than 91% of the flux recovery factor.
