It has been considered possible to produce castings close to size tolerances and to improve their integrity with a wet type. It has been studied that this problem is related to wall movement, and effective ways to reduce wall movement are to increase the compaction of the mold and to improve the sand composition. Starting from the viewpoint that the molding machine can compact the mold to a higher degree of compaction and produce a precisely dimensioned casting, the functions of the two molding machines for compaction and compaction at the same time are researched. Some advantages have been used with compacted sand
