目的:建立两头尖中竹节香附素A的反相高效液相色谱测定法,并采用该方法对不同产地两头尖中竹节香附素A的含量进行比较。方法:采用AltechC18分析柱,以甲醇水(7∶3)为流动相,在207nm波长处检测。结果:吉林、黑龙江和辽宁3个省采集的两头尖中竹节香附素A的含量分别为032%、03572%、02808%,平均回收率为1003%,相对标准偏差为14%。结论:该方法准确、灵敏、简便,适合于对两头尖药材进行质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of two spiked terpene parvum A, and to compare the content of benzothiazin A in the two tips of different origins. METHODS: The Altech C18 column was used and the methanol-water (7:3) mobile phase was used for detection at a wavelength of 207 nm. RESULTS: The contents of the two spiked midgesin A in the three provinces of Jilin, Heilongjiang and Liaoning were 032%, 03572%, 02808%, and the average recovery was 1003%. The standard deviation is 14%. Conclusion: This method is accurate, sensitive and simple, and is suitable for quality control of two-point medicinal herbs.
