在山东省曹县,一提起平安医院院长刘志清,不论男女老幼,无不啧啧称赞。刘志清是曹县王集镇大邵庄村人,1970年12月入伍,1974年考上了西安第四军医大学医疗系。1993年10月,原任兰州军区某部卫生科科长,已是副团职干部的刘志清,放弃转业安置,返乡创办平安医院。刘志清对部队怀有深厚的感情。
In Caoxian County, Shandong Province, Liu Zhiqing, the president of Ping An Hospital, was praised by all men, women and children alike. Liu Zhiqing is a large Shaoxu village in Wangji Town, Cao County. He joined the army in December 1970 and was admitted to the Medical Department of the Fourth Military Medical University in Xi’an in 1974. In October 1993, formerly head of a health department of a military unit of Lanzhou Military Region, Liu Zhiqing, who was already a deputy regimental officer and cadre, relinquished his job placement and returned home to set up Ping An Hospital. Liu Zhiqing has deep feelings for the troops.
