在Y7125型磨齿机上磨削负变位剃齿刀时,经常会发生砂轮干涉对侧齿面的情况,因此无法将齿面全部磨出,在齿根部分的齿上出现台阶(图1)。这将影响剃齿质量及缩短剃齿刀的使用寿命。本文就这个问题作一分析讨论。一、产生侧齿面干涉的原因图2是刃磨剃齿刀时,砂轮与剃齿刀相对位置的示意图。在磨齿展成过程中,砂轮非工作锥面的顶点T将相对剃齿刀沿一延长渐开线轨迹运动。显然,若延长渐开线轨迹与对侧齿廓渐开线相交,就必定会产生干涉现象。由图可见,在剃齿刀的根圆半径R_(f0)一定的条件
Grinding a negative displacement shaving cutter on a Y7125 grinding machine often causes the grinding wheel to interfere with the side flanks and therefore can not grind all of the flank and a step appears on the teeth of the root portion (Figure 1) . This will affect the quality of the shaving and shorten the life of the shaver. This article gives an analysis of this issue. During grinding, the apex T of the non-working cone of the grinding wheel moves relative to the shaving cutter along an extended involute path. Obviously, if the extension of the involute trajectory intersects with the involute of the contralateral tooth, it will inevitably cause interference. It can be seen from the figure that the root circle radius of shaving cutter R_ (f0) is a certain condition
