小高层住宅是一个从多层和高层发展起来的住宅新类型。在滨州市,小高层住宅虽然起步较晚,但发展速度很快,已逐步成为住宅开发建设中的主要模式。本文对目前小高层住宅建设与设计中常见问题与对策进行了研究。
Small high-rise residential development is a new type of multi-storey and high-rise residential. In Binzhou City, small high-rise residential buildings started relatively late, but the development speed is very fast and has gradually become the main mode of residential development and construction. This article has carried on the research to the common problems and the countermeasure in the present small tall building construction and the design.
