目前各地税务机关都在探索转变税收征管方式,以分类分级管理为基础,推动开展税收风险管理。在各地征管实践中,税收风险应对工作面临着相关应对制度不健全、应对方法碎片化、干部能力参差不齐、信息化水平不高的挑战,针对风险应对工作现状,本文从省级税务机关出发,针对风险应对工作规范化、科学化、专业化、智能化四个方面提出建议,为税收风险管理工作提供参考借鉴。
At present, all local taxation authorities are exploring ways to change tax collection and management and promote tax risk management based on classification and grading management. In the practice of tax collection and management in various places, the tax risk coping work faces the challenge of imperfect coping system, fragmentation of coping methods, uneven cadre capacity and low informatization level. According to the status quo of risk coping work, this paper starts from the provincial tax authorities , Put forward suggestions for the normalization, scientization, specialization and intelligence of risk response work, and provide reference for tax risk management.
