外商投资企业作为我国引进国外直接投资、引入发达国家和地区的先进技术和科学管理经验的主要形式,近几年来在我国取得迅速发展.世界看好中国,中国看好上海.尤其是自浦东开发以来,作为中国经济发展的龙头,上海迎来了吸引外商投资的新高潮.为把握这一高潮,有效地利用外资,就必须做好吸引外资的基础工作.为此,我们在调查研究基础上,对进一步改善上海投资环境提出若干建议,供有关方面参考.
