目的:探讨太空诱导对丹参不同生长阶段的生理生化特性的影响。方法:考察了航天搭载后丹参不同生长期叶片中的叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白的含量变化以及过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,并同时与地面对照组丹参进行比较。结果:搭载后丹参的光合色素含量增加明显,花前期不同部位叶绿素含量平均增加28.5%,可溶性糖的含量平均减少近42%,且可溶性糖含量与叶绿素含量呈负相关;CAT,SOD的活力均高于地面对照组。结论:航天搭载对丹参的光合特性和生理生化方面产生影响,能够显著提高其光合作用,增强CAT,SOD的活力。
Objective: To investigate the effect of space induction on physiological and biochemical characteristics of Salvia miltiorrhiza in different growth stages. Methods: The contents of chlorophyll, soluble sugar and soluble protein, the activities of catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the leaves of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge at different growth stages were investigated. Salvia for comparison. Results: The contents of photosynthetic pigments in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge increased significantly after the loading, the content of chlorophyll increased 28.5% on average and the soluble sugar content decreased by 42% on average, and the content of soluble sugar was negatively correlated with chlorophyll content. Conclusion: Aerospace carrying on photosynthetic characteristics and physiological and biochemical aspects of Salvia can significantly improve its photosynthesis, enhance the vitality of CAT, SOD.
