目的建立一套适合中职卫生学校的学生管理模式,通过科学的班级管理提高学生的职业素养。方法对中职卫生学校的实习生和毕业生的职业素养现状进行调查分析,在此前提下有针对性地进行班级制度建设、文化建设,探索学生自我管理的有效机制,并在“硬框架”的基础上积极采取“软措施”提高管理效果。结果 “制度约束、文化熏陶、数理管理、情感教育”四位一体的管理模式得以形成。结论以职业素养为核心的中职卫生学校“四位一体”班级自主管理模式的建立,将“显性管理”与“隐性管理”有机结合,对解决中职卫生学校学生管理难的问题、提高学生的职业素养、缓解中职卫生学校生源水平低与职业要求高的矛盾有极大的促进作用。
Objective To establish a set of student management mode suitable for secondary vocational health schools and improve students’ professional accomplishment through scientific class management. Conclusions The establishment of self-management model of secondary health school “four in one ” with vocational accomplishment as the core, organically combines “explicit management ” and “hidden management ”, Students difficult to manage, improve students’ professional accomplishments, alleviate the low level of secondary health school students and the contradiction between the high job requirements have a great role in promoting.
