以核材料领域为例,结合情报研究服务的实践工作,梳理基于领域态势分析法的技术研发分析过程中的主要思路和关键方法,从领域态势分析的对象及其分析目标出发,基于核材料分析建立技术研发指标体系,对基于技术功效的微观分析与数据进行深度解读,特别是利用鱼骨图方法进行技术解构和框架搭建,以期为技术研发的态势分析提供方法上的借鉴。
Taking the field of nuclear materials as an example, the main ideas and key methods in the R & D analysis process based on the field situation analysis method are summarized based on the practical work of the information research service. Based on the object of the field situation analysis and its analytical goal, The establishment of technology research and development index system, based on the technical efficacy of microanalysis and data depth interpretation, especially the use of fish bone diagram technology deconstruction and framework set up, in order to provide technical reference for the situation analysis of technology research and development.
