作者对四例以华法令抗凝并同服康力龙及其它药物的病例进行了分析,男女各两例,年龄39～71岁。同服期间四例均表现为对华法令敏感性增高,凝血酶原比(PTR)均发生了改变,虽然合用时较单独使用时华法令日剂量降低至所需剂量的一半,但PTR值均较单独使用时为高。而同服的其它药物临床未曾发生PTR的明显改变,且康力龙是四例患者唯一使用的共同药物,因而认为PTR的改变与康力龙有关。
The authors analyzed four cases of warfarin anticoagulation with the same dose of quetiapine and other drugs, two men and women each, aged 39 to 71 years. During the same period of service, all four patients showed an increased sensitivity to warfarin and a change in the prothrombin ratio (PTR). Although the daily dosage of warfarin was reduced to half of the required dose when used alone, PTR values were Higher than when used alone. The same with the other drugs in the clinical course of PTR did not occur significant changes, and Kailong Long is the only common drug used in four patients, and therefore think PTR changes and Conrol related.
