一、未来20年是我国教育发展的黄金时期新世纪发展的前20年,不仅是我国经济发展的大好时机,也是我国教育人才资源开发最为重要和难得遇见的最佳时期。经济全球化后,社会的经济与科技都得到了快速发展,这给我国教育人才资源的开发带来了重大战略性的发展机遇。在未来20年,我国的经济将会不断地提高与发展,这将给我国教育人才资源的开发提供有利的保障。知识经济的热潮掀起,更是促进了对教育培训的发展。要想我国尽快步入小康社会,尽快挤进人才资源强国
