急性下肢深静脉血栓形成是一种常见外周血管疾病。急性期若不及时诊断和治疗,将遗留急、慢性并发症,严重者可因血栓脱落造成肺栓塞,危及生命。随着腔内介入技术发展,腔内置管溶栓术、球囊扩张与支架置入术、超声消融术等介入治疗术不断涌现。这些术式并发症少、疗效好,本文就这些术式进行综述。
