应用脑血管病急性期外周血检测Ｔ淋巴细胞功能，体液免疫功能，巨噬细胞功能。结果表明：脑血管病急性期外周血免疫功能与正常对照组有显著差异。诸方面研究结果证实，脑血管病急性期存在免疫功能异常。并推测免疫功能异常机理。
