系统研究了在Al中添加Si对控制SiC-Al之间生成Al4C3的化学反应的作用和对SiC-Al系统化学反应动力学的影响,以及温度对化学反应程度的影响,探讨了Al4C3生成的机理。研究表明,添加Si于Al中使SiC和Al之间生成Al4C3的化学反应得到有效的控制并明显影响化学反应的速度;SiC-Al系统化学反应的程度随温度升高而增大;Al4C3的生成通过两个步骤进行,即SiC溶解于熔融金属Al中,然后和Al发生化学反应。研究结果为用熔融金属加工技术合成无Al4C3生成的SiC/Al复合材料提供了可靠的途径。
The effect of adding Si on Al to control Al4C3 chemical reaction between SiC-Al and its influence on the chemical reaction kinetics of SiC-Al system and the effect of temperature on the degree of chemical reaction were systematically investigated. The mechanism of Al4C3 formation was also discussed . The results show that the addition of Si to Al effectively controls the chemical reaction of Al4C3 between SiC and Al and significantly affects the chemical reaction rate. The degree of chemical reaction in SiC-Al system increases with the increase of temperature. The formation of Al4C3 It is carried out in two steps, namely SiC is dissolved in molten metal Al and then chemically reacts with Al. The results provide a reliable way to synthesize SiC / Al composites without Al4C3 using molten metal processing technology.
