我省现有列养公路里程24435公里,其中黑色路面9178公里,绝大多数在主要干线上,其通车量约占总通车量的65％以上。沥青是修建黑色路面(以下简称油路)不可缺少的材料。我省每年需用沥青(主要是渣油)3万吨左右。过去加热沥青(以下简称化油)主要采用柴灶,因其热效率低,每年要烧掉大量木柴,有的说吨油吨柴。这不仅木柴耗量大,而且劳动强度大,工作条件差,环境污染严重。
In our province, there are currently 24,435 kilometers of listed highway mileage, of which 9,178 kilometers are black roads, the vast majority of which are on main routes and their traffic volume accounts for more than 65% of the total traffic volume. Asphalt is an indispensable material for the construction of black pavement (hereinafter referred to as oil passage). Our province needs 30,000 tons of asphalt (mainly residual oil) every year. The past heating asphalt (hereinafter referred to as the main oil) wood stove, because of its low thermal efficiency, to burn a large number of firewood each year, and some say tons of oil and diesel. This not only consumes a large amount of firewood, but also has heavy labor intensity, poor working conditions and serious environmental pollution.
