目的对某煤矿职业病危害因素的危害程度和防护措施效果进行评价,并提出合理可行的职业病防护对策。方法依据《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》《建设项目职业病危害评价技术导则》等国家相关法律、法规,在现场调查的基础上,将检查表法与检验法相结合,对该项目进行防护措施的效果评价。结果该建设项目的选址、总平面布局、职业病防护设施设计、卫生辅助用室设置等符合国家有关规定;生产过程中可能产生的主要职业病危害因素为粉尘(煤尘)、噪声、有毒物质(甲烷、硫化氢、一氧化碳等)、不良的气象条件(潮湿)。经现场测试,粉尘合格率为80.0%,噪声合格率为86.0%,有毒物质合格率均为100%。结论该项目采取的职业病危害防护措施和生产管理措施基本可行。
Objective To evaluate the harm degree of the hazardous factors of occupational diseases in a coal mine and the effect of protective measures and put forward the reasonable and feasible countermeasures of occupational disease protection. Methods According to the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Occupational Disease Prevention and Control” and “Construction Project Occupational Disease Hazard Evaluation Technical Guidelines” and other relevant national laws and regulations, on the basis of on-the-spot investigation, the inspection table method and inspection method are combined to protect the project Evaluation. Results The location, general layout, design of occupational disease protection facilities and the setting of health aids for the construction project met the requirements of the State. The main occupational hazards that may arise in the production process are dust (coal dust), noise, toxicants ( Methane, hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide, etc.), poor weather conditions (wet). After field test, the passing rate of dust is 80.0%, the passing rate of noise is 86.0% and the passing rate of toxic substances is 100%. Conclusion The occupational hazards protection measures and production management measures adopted in this project are basically feasible.
