对语文老师来说,最重要的是什么呢?很多人会说师德或者爱心,也有的人说学识。无论选择哪个答案,都有一个绕不过去的名词,那就是教学自信。课改背景下,大家都认可一个观念,就是我们的教学不只是传授知识,更重要的是培养学生独立人格,培养学生独立思考能力以及极大的创造力。这种独立人格中,怎么能没有自信二字?
