一、采穗条的时间:一般在3月15日—3月25日,过早或过晚都不易成活。二、穗条的选用: 要用生长充实、髓心小的枝条;一年生枝条要用中下部,上部髓心大不充实,不易成活;用二年生枝做接穗成活率比较高,即使二年生枝条有的长小横枝(长度在10cm以内),只要将小横枝用蜡封好,防接穗失水,就可成活。
