从2007年6月开始,美国和欧盟将分别执行《FMV SS139轮胎测试标准》和《化学品注册、评估、许可和限制制度》(REACH法规)。由于目前我国轮胎产量的1/3出口海外,因此这两个标准的实行,将对我国轮胎出口造成不小的影响。在今年年初,由于未能符合美国FMVSS119标准,山东省文登三峰轮胎有限公司的Danzig和Direction集装箱拖车用轮胎曾被美国国家公路交通安全管理局裁定召回和禁用,这也是中国轮胎第一次在美国遭禁。而新FMVSS139标准的要求比原来的FMVSS119更高,类似的召回和禁用或将因此而再度上演。专家认为。近两年来随着汽车工业的发展,我国轮胎产量和出口量均居全球第二位,但研发能力、产品档次、生产技术、产品附加值亟待提高。而欧美轮胎新标准的出台,给我国论坛产业再次敲了一记警钟:提高研发能力,加快产业结构和产品结构调整,加速子午胎技术的研发和升级,增加产品在市场上的核心竞争力,已成为我国轮胎企业的当务之急。
