前不久,国家科技评估中心和联合国开发计划署评估办公室在北京联合召开加强评估能力建设国际研讨会。有5个国际组织和来自18个国家的110名高级管理人员、评估机构的专家学者出席这次研讨会,交流了国际评估经验,在促进各国自身评估能力建设,推动决策科学化,加强公共资源使用的责任机制等方面发挥了积极作用,推动了国际、区域、国家等不同层次评估活动的开展与联合。
Not long ago, the National Center for Science and Technology Assessment and the Evaluation Office of the United Nations Development Program jointly held an international seminar on strengthening assessment capacity in Beijing. Five international organizations and 110 senior managers from 18 countries and experts and scholars from evaluation institutions attended the seminar. They exchanged experiences on international assessment and made efforts in promoting national capacity-building for assessment, promoting scientific decision-making and strengthening public resources Use of the responsibility mechanism and other aspects have played an active role in promoting the international, regional, national and other levels of assessment of the conduct and cooperation.
