去年下半年,市城建纪工委曾对本系统党员违法违纪问题进行了分析(见本刊1993年第11期)。此后,他们在全系统内开展了“清理经济合同”和“清理清退借用挪用公款公物”专项治理,推动了党风廉政建设,为经济建设清扫了障碍。此举得到了市委书记陈希同的肯定和赞许。今年4月,他们在全国建设系统纪检监察工作座谈会上介绍了经验。
In the second half of last year, the Urban Construction Commission for Discipline Inspection had conducted an analysis of the violations of discipline and discipline of Party members in this system (see Issue No. 11, 1993). Since then, they have conducted “system clean-up of economic contracts” and “clean-up and specialization of public funds for misappropriation of public funds” throughout the system to promote the building of a clean government and the clean-up of economic construction. This move has been the party secretary Chen Xitong’s affirmation and approval. In April this year, they introduced their experiences in the forum for building discipline inspection and supervision throughout the country.
