我国的司法制度是在新中国成立后逐步建立和发展起来的,由于受各种固素的影响,其具有自身的缺陷已难以适应我国的法律的有效实施和建设社会主义法制国家的需要。因此,司法制度的改革势在必行。
The judicial system of our country was gradually established and developed after the founding of New China. Owing to the influence of various kinds of natural solid, its own defects have been difficult to adapt to the effective implementation of the law of our country and the need of building a socialist legal system country. Therefore, the reform of the judicial system is imperative.
