采用10kW碟片激光器,研究了8mm厚304不锈钢碟片激光焊接过程中形成的焊缝截面形貌,讨论了焊接速度、激光功率对焊缝截面形貌形成的影响规律。结果表明,在大功率碟片激光焊接过程中,形成的焊缝截面形貌包括I形和钉子形。在焊接过程中,随着焊接速度的增大,焊缝截面形貌由I形向钉子形转变;随着激光功率的增大,焊缝截面形貌由钉子形向I形变化,同时焊缝截面形貌从I形转变为钉子的焊接速度增大。通过调整焊接速度与激光功率,可以对焊缝截面形貌进行有效控制。
The 10kW disc laser was used to study the cross section of the weld formed during laser welding of 8mm thick 304 stainless steel disc. The influence of welding speed and laser power on the formation of weld cross section morphology was discussed. The results show that during the laser welding of high-power disc, the cross-sectional morphology of the weld is composed of I shape and nail shape. In the welding process, with the increase of welding speed, the cross-sectional morphology of the weld changes from I to Nails. As the laser power increases, the cross-sectional morphology of the weld changes from nail to I, The cross-sectional topography changes from I-shape to nail-welding speed. By adjusting the welding speed and laser power, the weld cross-section morphology can be effectively controlled.
