以有机磷毒剂沙林为烙印分子,采用不同单体、交联剂及制孔剂制备了一系列分子烙印聚合物,从中筛选出了几种对沙林有很高吸附率(>90%)的聚合物。发现这些聚合物对同沙林结构相近的其它有机磷毒剂如梭曼、塔崩及维爱克斯也有很好的吸附率。我们还考察了吸附率随时间变化的关系。
A series of molecular imprinted polymers were prepared from different monomers, cross-linking agents and porogen with organic phosphorus pesticide sarin as the imprinting molecule, and several kinds of molecular imprinting polymers were screened out, Of the polymer. These polymers were also found to have good adsorption rates for other organophosphate poisons similar to sarin structure such as soman, tabun, and vioxx. We also examined the relationship between adsorption rates over time.
