将有限单元法应用于喷浆机器人大臂机构的静力学分析和模态分析,对大臂机构中的关键构件进行了有限元分析,明确了它们的受力状态。然后,对大臂机构进行了形变分析,找出了其在危险状态下的最大位移,明确了其刚度状况,同时还提取了机器人大臂机构的模态图,得到对应的频率值。从而为大臂机构的优化设计提出了可靠的理论依据。
The finite element method is applied to the statics analysis and modal analysis of the shotcrete robot arm mechanism. The finite element analysis of the key components of the arm mechanism is carried out, and the stress state of the robotic arm mechanism is confirmed. Then, the deformation analysis of the boom mechanism was carried out to find its maximum displacement under dangerous conditions, and its stiffness was clarified. At the same time, the modal diagram of the robot arm mechanism was extracted and the corresponding frequency value was obtained. Thus put forward a reliable theoretical basis for the optimization design of boom mechanism.
