《普通高中英语课程标准(实验稿)》(以下简称《课标》)指出“教师要充分利用现代教育技术,开发英语教学资源,拓宽学生学习渠道,改进学生学习方式,提高教学效果……合理地开发和利用广播电视、英语报刊、图书馆和网络等多种资源,为学生创造自主学习的条件”(中华人民共和国教育部,2003)。这要求广大高中英语教师要积极开发教学资源,拓宽学生的英语学习视野,但要做到这些并非易事。东北师范大学附属中学(以下简称
