2008年5月1日,《劳动争议调解仲裁法》正式施行。透析这部紧随《劳动合同法》和《就业促进法》其后出台的劳动法律,其许多制度设计“可圈可点”。仅仲裁时效从“六十日”到“一年”的变化,就足以让所有的劳动者欢呼雀跃。要知道,“六十日”的稍纵即逝,曾将多少人挡在了法律救济的门外。也许,“一年”的到来有些姗姗来迟,劳动者使用它的心情过于迫切。这不,有些与单位在2007.5.1~2008.5.1期间发生争议的劳动者都等着新法实施后再提请仲裁呢!这种情形会适用新法吗?请看——
