As early as a few years ago, the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China determined the content of the ideological and political classes in the 2nd year as legal knowledge based on the physical and mental characteristics of the young people. This is very much in line with the psychological characteristics and cognitive level of the junior middle school students. As the saying goes, there is no right to speak without investigation. At the beginning of the semester, I started a questionnaire survey in the second grade of our school, such as “Do you watch news every day?” “Have you ever read one or several legal books?” “What do you know about the law? Ways?” and so on, found that 90% of students read the news, 43% of them insist on reading every day, 66% of students like and want to read legal books, but at the same time they feel that the general legal reading is too monotonous and esoteric, far from Conan. Detective novels look good and interesting.
