以H_3PW_6Mo_6O_(40)/TiO_2-SiO_2为催化剂,以合成丁酮1,2-丙二醇为原料催化合成丁酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮。讨论丁酮、1,2-丙二醇物质的量比,催化剂用量,带水剂环己烷用量和反应时间对收率的影响。实验结果表明,H_3PW_6Mo_6O_(40)/TiO_2-SiO_2对丁酮1’2-丙二醇缩酮反应具有良好的催化效果。在n(丁酮):n(1,2-丙二醇)=1:1.4,催化荆的用量占反应物料总质量的1.2%,环己烷用量为9mL,反应时问为60min的优化条件下,丁酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮的产品收率可达84.3%。
Catalytic synthesis of butanone 1,2-propanediol ketal using H 3 PW 6 Mo 60 O 40 / TiO 2-SiO 2 as catalyst and butanone 1,2-propanediol as catalyst. The effects of butanone, the ratio of 1,2-propanediol, the amount of catalyst, the amount of cyclohexane and the reaction time on the yield were discussed. The experimental results show that H_3PW_6Mo_6O_ (40) / TiO_2-SiO_2 has a good catalytic effect on butanone 1’2-propanediol ketal reaction. Under the optimal conditions of n (butanone): n (1,2-propanediol) = 1: 1.4, the amount of catalyst Jing accounted for 1.2% of the total mass of the reaction mass, the amount of cyclohexane was 9mL, reaction time was 60min, Butanone 1,2-propanediol ketal product yield up to 84.3%.
