最近,天津市青少年犯罪研究学会召开成立大会和第一届年会。陶毅民同志任会长。中国青少年犯罪研究学会会长、中国社会科学院青少年研究所所长张黎群同志到会祝贺,并讲了话。这个学会的任务是;从天津市的实际情况出发,组织开展青少年犯罪的群众性学术研究活动,为党委、政府及有关部门当好参谋,为综合治理青少年犯罪问题提供理论根据和实施意见,同时为创立具有中国特色的青少年犯罪学做出自己的贡献。
