由于经济和社会条件的制约,新疆少数民族外语教育在中小学阶段呈现出明显的南北疆差异和城乡差异;尽管基础外语教育整体落后,高校少数民族外语教育取得了不少业绩,但少数民族外语专业教育办学难度大。校外外语教育在吸引民族学生参与的同时加重了其经济负担。根据各地的不同状况,国家和自治区应该给予中小学外语教育一定的政策支持和倾斜。高校应该对少数民族外语教育进行专门研究,制定适合于他们的外语教学模式,进一步提高外语教学质量;民族学生应该改变对外语培训班的依赖,教育部门也不应忽视对校外外语教育的监管。
Due to the restriction of economic and social conditions, the foreign language education of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang presents obvious difference between north and south Xinjiang and the difference between urban and rural areas in primary and secondary schools. Although the basic foreign language education lags behind and many achievements have been made in the foreign language education of ethnic minorities in colleges and universities, Foreign language education is difficult to run. Foreign language education has increased the economic burden of foreign students while attracting minority students. According to the different conditions in different places, the state and autonomous regions should give certain policy support and inclination to foreign language education in primary and secondary schools. Colleges and universities should conduct special researches on foreign language education for ethnic minorities, formulate foreign language teaching methods suitable for them, and further improve the quality of foreign language teaching. Ethnic students should change their dependence on foreign language training courses and the education sector should not neglect the supervision over foreign language education.
