各区、县人民政府,市府直属各单位:现将省人民政府办公厅转发国家档案局、国务院法制局关于实施《中华人民共和国档案法》的通知(粤府办[1987]5号)转发给你们,请根据通知中提出的要求结合我市实际情况,继续广泛、深入地学习、宣传《档案法》,增强档案法制观念,并按省的要求开展一次检查,请将检查结果和改进意见向当地党政领导和市档案局汇报。市档案局将于今年三至四月,组织一次大检查,以促进我市档案工作走向“以法治档”的轨道。
