利用有限元模拟软件MSC.Marc,模拟研究了不锈钢波纹板冷弯成形过程,建立了冷弯成形有限元模型。对板材咬入过程进行分析,并通过上辊下压方法实现了板材的咬入;对工件典型节点的应力应变变化规律进行模拟,获得了典型节点的应力变化历程曲线和横向、纵向应变分布曲线。模拟结果表明:板料在两架次之间存在变形过渡区,过渡区内板材不但发生弹性回复,而且仍然产生塑性变形。靠近轧辊部位应力达到最大值,这也是板料在轧辊附近容易出现缺陷的主要原因。
The finite element simulation software MSC.Marc was used to simulate the cold forming process of stainless steel corrugated board. The finite element model of cold forming was established. The bite-in process of the plate is analyzed, and the bite of the plate is realized by the method of pressing down on the upper roller. The stress-strain changes of the typical joints of the workpiece are simulated and the curves of stress changes and the distribution curves of the transverse and longitudinal strains of the typical joints are obtained . The simulation results show that there is a transition zone between the two frames, and the plate in the transition zone not only elastically recovers, but also plastically deforms. Near the roll part of the maximum stress, which is prone to defects in the roll near the main reason for the defect.
