学校贯彻落实党的十七大提出的坚定不移发展社会主义民主政治的要求,最重要的是要以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,坚持全心全意依靠工人阶级的方针,提高办学民主化的程度。要实质性达到这一要求,关键是要推行政务公开,使学校行政公共权力的行使、师生员工利益的保障和各种矛盾的解决自觉成为学校的一种规范和行动。
