通过对09MnNiDR低温压力容器用钢板进行双道次及多道次压缩热模拟试验,研究了等温和非等温条件下奥氏体静态再结晶行为,计算出静态再结晶临界温度(SRCT)、非再结晶温度(Tnr)。分析了试验温度与间隔时间对静态再结晶软化率的影响,同时得出了试验钢静态再结晶激活能,并建立了静态再结晶动力学模型,为制定合理的控轧工艺提供试验和理论依据。
Through the double-pass and multi-pass compression thermal simulations of 09MnNiDR cryogenic pressure vessel steel, the static recrystallization behavior of austenite under isothermal and non-isothermal conditions was studied and the critical recrystallization temperature (SRCT) Crystallization temperature (Tnr). The influence of test temperature and interval time on the static recrystallization softening rate was analyzed. At the same time, the static recrystallization activation energy of the test steel was obtained and a static recrystallization kinetic model was established to provide experimental and theoretical basis for the development of a reasonable controlled rolling process .
