我厂生产的300吨摩擦压力机上有两根直径195公厘的支持螺栓。由于这种零件的长度很长(2825公厘),我們就用直径200公厘的30号鋼和45号钢的毛坯,采用板极电渣焊对接。从化学成份来看,30号鋼和45号钢的含碳量都在0.3~0.5%;由于碳的含量比較高,采用一般对接工艺,焊縫容易产生热裂。但是采用电渣焊时,在焊接过程中,大軸的边緣预先經过渣池的預热和慢慢的冷却,因此与熔剂层下自动焊和手工电孤焊相比較,焊縫中之含碳量是允許比較高的。 圓形断面电渣焊接的准备工作是比較簡便的,不象电渣焊接环形焊縫和其他断
