采用三点弯曲试样对23MnNiCrMo64、23MnNiCrMo62和20Mn2三种材料的断裂韧性进行了试验.并利用显微组织研究方法和断口特征的观察,分析了六金的组织与助性之间的关系。结果表明.在试样尺寸相同条件下,23MnNiCrMo62钢的韧性最高.23MnNiCrMo64次之,20Mn2最低。其原因除与材料的冶金质量和合金元素含量有关外.还与其热处理工艺有很大的关系。
The fracture toughness of the three materials 23MnNiCrMo64, 23MnNiCrMo62 and 20Mn2 were tested by three-point bending test. And the use of microstructure research methods and fracture characteristics of the observation, analysis of the relationship between six gold tissue and supportive. The results show. Under the same sample size, 23MnNiCrMo62 steel has the highest toughness. 23MnNiCrMo64 followed, 20Mn2 lowest. The reason is not only related to the material’s metallurgical quality and alloying element content. Also with its heat treatment process has a great relationship.
