法律与宗教、道德的精神是一致的。宗教和道德赋予了法律的精神品质,这就是正义、自由、平等、秩序和博爱;而作为法律,又应当如何认识到这种一致性?法律不仅要从宗教、道德中吸取力量,而且要考虑如何用良好的规则来保护道德、宗教,促进其发展。这是一个值得人们思考的问题。理想的法治社会的法律必须是良法,具有神圣至上的权威。并且其权威主要不是来自它的强制力,而是来自它被信仰,成为社会的基本价值观念。只有遵循这样的法律,以这样的法律来治国,才能实现真正意义上的法治。
Law and religion, moral spirit is the same. Religion and morality confer the spiritual quality of law, which is justice, freedom, equality, order and fraternity; and as a law, how should we recognize this consistency? The law not only draws strength from religion and morality but also considers How to use good rules to protect morality and religion and promote their development? This is a question worth considering. The law of an ideal rule of law society must be good law and have the supreme authority. And its authority is not mainly from its power, but from its belief, as the basic values of society. Only by following such laws and governing the country with such laws can the real rule of law be realized.
