检阅中国汽车行业在我国政府的大力支持下,近年来我国汽车及汽配业得到快速发展,成效显著。已由过去“缺重少轻,轿车几乎空白”的落后状况,变为出现了红旗、“四环”、“别克”、夏利等许多名牌轿车,涌现出汽车生产企业2400多家,汽车配件企业也有数千家,年生产轿车达到60多万辆。目前,我国批量生产的主导车型国产化率已达80%以上,轿车达到80%国产化率所需时间已从过去的6-8年缩短到现在的3-4年,1990年到2000年我国汽车零部件出口创汇年均递增达到30.2%。我国汽车和汽配业虽然有了长足发展,但是与先进国家相比还有很大差距,在国际上竞争能力弱,面临入世的严峻挑战。我国汽车配件业主要存在三大弱点:一是生产规模小,产量低,布局
